Job Summary

Own high-touch onboarding for new retail customers adopting Moniebook POS, guiding them from signup through setup, live training, and product adoption within the first 30–60 days. Monitor usage and adoption signals, troubleshoot issues, and intervene with targeted support to reduce at-risk customers. Maintain onboarding records, document learnings, and deliver well-prepared handoffs to account managers while feeding feedback back to Product.

•Design and execute tailored onboarding plans with milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
•Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration.
•Deliver one-on-one and group live training on Moniebook features, best practices, and operational workflows.
•Monitor usage data and adoption signals, identify at-risk customers, and intervene with targeted support.
•Maintain onboarding records, troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and execute documented handoffs to account managers.

Key Requirements

•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
