Job Summary

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct analytical testing in accordance with CNAS requirements and product safety standards.
  • •Support testing for new products, innovation projects, factory change requests, customer complaints, and customer sample evaluations.
  • •Establish, validate, and implement new testing methods to support manufacturing plants and regulatory compliance.
  • •Procure, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and testing instruments to ensure accurate results.
  • •Support laboratory safety (EHS), 5S housekeeping standards, and Quality Control technical guidance/training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science; a Master’s degree in a science discipline is highly preferred.
  • •Experience in a similar or chemical-related industry.
  • •Fluent English and Chinese (verbal and written).
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office and GCMS, including method validation and CNAS requirements.
  • •Ability to multi-task, prioritize in a high-volume environment, and work effectively with limited supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
