Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences aligned with brand values.
  • •Support achievement of sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual performance targets.
  • •Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Coach team members through training, feedback, and development; recruit, hire, and onboard with the Store Manager.
