Build strong relationships with consumer and business clients by proactively reaching out, understanding financial needs, and providing guidance across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Maintain knowledge of deposit and loan products (including digital and self-service options), process transactions and service requests, open new accounts, and submit credit applications. Partner with branch teams to deliver an accurate, client-first experience while educating clients on emerging digital tools.
