Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide UX design subject-matter expertise using human-centered design and design thinking (research, personas, journey mapping, prototyping, usability evaluation).
  • •Define scalable information architecture, including navigation models, taxonomies, labeling systems, content hierarchies, and information relationships.
  • •Create UX research plans and deliver research write-ups, synthesis, and checklists; facilitate generative and review activities across users and stakeholders.

  • •MA/MS plus 10+ years experience in information systems with 8+ years specialized experience in information architecture and UX design.
  • •Strong front-end familiarity, including ReactJS and JavaScript development.
  • •Extensive experience developing information architecture for complex enterprise applications (navigation structures, taxonomies, hierarchies, labeling systems, information models).
  • •Experience conducting IA research/validation methods (e.g., card sorting, tree testing, content inventories, taxonomy evaluation, navigation testing).
