Job Summary

Senior Software Development Engineer responsible for optimizing and developing GPU kernels and deep learning frameworks for AMD GPUs. Key Responsibilities

•Optimize and develop GPU kernels and deep learning frameworks for AMD GPUs across multi-GPU and multi-node systems.
•Develop GPU kernels to maximize performance for specific AI operations and integrate with DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
•Collaborate with GPU library teams and open-source maintainers to ensure seamless integration of optimizations upstream.
•Apply advanced compiler technologies to improve deep learning performance and robustness of the software stack.
•Provide technical leadership, guidance to junior engineers, and participate in code reviews and mentorship.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 360,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficient in C++ development under Linux with strong debugging and profiling skills.
•Experience optimizing deep learning workloads and GPU kernels (HIP/CUDA) for high-performance computing.
•Hands-on in multi-GPU and multi-node training/inference optimization for AI workloads.
•Track record of collaborating with internal teams and open-source maintainers to integrate optimizations upstream.
•Solid software engineering practices with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
