Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and execute the field marketing plan for assigned AMER markets in partnership with regional marketing leadership and Sales.
  • •Build and run decision-maker programs that engage executives, business leaders, technical leaders, and other enterprise personas across strategic accounts.
  • •Partner with account teams to understand account priorities, buying committees, decision-making processes, and expansion opportunities, translating insights into programs.
  • •Generate programs that contribute to pipeline, account expansion, and net annual recurring revenue (NARR), tracking and reporting results.
  • •Conduct market and account research, manage budgets, support events and customer/executive experiences, and ensure ROI and program performance are measured and optimized.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–6 years of regional, field, revenue, account-based, or customer marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology company.
  • •Experience building programs for executive audiences, buying committees, or enterprise decision makers, with account-based and/or developer marketing experience as a plus.
  • •Strong analytical and metrics-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to track outcomes and ROI against budgets for co-marketing and funded activities.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or partner teams.
  • •Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Jira, or similar platforms.
