Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Corporate accounting policies, U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, SOX/internal controls, and relevant accounting guidance.
  • •Support month-end close by reviewing Technology-related balances, reconciliations, journal entries, capital project documentation, and audit requests for completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • •Manage procure-to-pay and capital governance/accounting activities including opex vs. capex analysis, prepaid/capitalization review, placed-in-service validation, and amortization/depreciation monitoring.
  • •Analyze Technology contract transactions and programs (e.g., internally developed software, cloud/SaaS costs, hosting, licensing, managed services, long-lived assets) and escalate complex judgments for Senior review.
  • •Prepare monthly reporting and analysis, resolve financial inquiries, and participate in end-to-end process improvement using data analytics, AI, and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and current accounting concepts.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise financial systems (e.g., Oracle/Hyperion).
  • •Experience using data analytics and insights to drive impact; CPA preferred.
