Key Responsibilities

•Develop a clear technical product strategy and multi-year vision for Salesforce, defining the product's long-term roadmap while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
•Collaborate and lead the Sales projects and programs by coordinating with the cross-functional IT teams and business partners
•Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deploy custom Salesforce solutions that integrate with existing systems, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications
•Enforce architectural design reviews and governance frameworks to prevent platform disruptions and identify all shared objects and permissions before implementation
•Identify and prioritize opportunities for code cleanup, component redesign, and technical debt reduction to maintain environment stability and improve usability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5-6 years as a Salesforce Technical Product Owner or Salesforce Consultant, specializing in Sales Cloud
•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
•Strong understanding of sales business processes and ability to align technical solutions with business needs
•Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
•Experience leading technical teams through complex Salesforce projects/programs, including architectural reviews
