Job Summary

Lead end-to-end video production and design communications for Honeywell's Bucharest COE, blending hands-on video work with strategic storytelling. You will create enterprise videos, motion graphics, and graphic design assets, coach communicators, and develop scalable video frameworks to elevate visual storytelling across a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end video production for enterprise initiatives, executive communications and high-visibility campaigns, from concept development through filming, editing and final delivery.
•Create compelling video content that brings enterprise narratives to life, including employee stories, leadership messages, campaign videos and brand content.
•Develop motion graphics, animated explainers and kinetic typography that enhance storytelling and drive engagement across varied audiences.
•Support enterprise-wide communications including weekly newsletters and company-wide content, as well as external communications including brand campaigns, customer-facing videos and thought leadership content.
•Collaborate with the Designer on cross-channel visual storytelling to ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
