Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment.
•Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
•Prep spaces thoughtfully after equipment removal so the new install starts correctly.
•Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
•Deliver a standout customer experience and catch quality issues early, speaking up when corrections are needed.

Salary: USD 32 - 41 hourly

Key Requirements
