Job Summary

Lead strategy, development, and optimization of AI and agent products, owning the end-to-end lifecycle and coordinating with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics to build AI infrastructure and applications. Drive user engagement and conversions through personalized push notifications, while balancing technical feasibility and business impact in a cross-functional environment across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
•Track the latest global AI product and technology advancements, and define and design high-value AI-driven features
•Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and product operations
•Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
•Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent
•7+ years of AI and related industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management
•Strong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale
•Excellence in written and verbal communication of English and Mandarin, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
