Identify cosmetic imperfections and coordinate repairs before reconditioning and after the paint process. You may prep vehicles using sanding and masking techniques, and support high-tech inspection workflows to ensure cars meet Carvana’s quality standards. The role is entry-level with training and growth, using state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers, while also following safety requirements in a fast-paced production environment.
