Job Summary

Lead a multi-workstream transformation portfolio to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business change across the renewables asset lifecycle. Translate strategic goals into a prioritized set of initiatives that improve safety, operational performance, cost efficiency, governance, and decision-making. Build governance and portfolio management practices, drive delivery through adoption and benefits realization, and partner with technology, data, cyber security, legal, compliance, and operations to deploy AI responsibly in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and lead a new capability to accelerate AI adoption and deliver business transformation across the organisation.
•Develop and execute a multi-workstream transformation portfolio, from problem definition and business cases through delivery, adoption, and benefits realization.
•Set governance frameworks, delivery standards, and portfolio management processes for prioritisation, risk management, and executive reporting.
•Partner with technology, data, cyber security, legal, and compliance teams to design and deploy AI solutions responsibly and securely in line with regulatory expectations.
•Build and develop a high-performing AI & Business Transformation team, including leveraging partners and suppliers, and manage an annual portfolio budget.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 78,000 - 98,000 annually
