Key Responsibilities

  • •Unpack, examine, and record incoming shipments; reject damaged items and resolve shortages with vendors and teams.
  • •Verify incoming/outgoing shipment information by comparing identifying details and weights/measures against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
  • •Operate forklift/hand truck to move shipments and perform required equipment inspections (e.g., fork trucks and cranes).
  • •Manage inventory accuracy through logs, cycle counting, inventory valuation support, and minimizing damage risks (including slow-moving inventory disposal).
  • •Affix shipping labels, package to quality standards, manage inventory systems (including Kanban and Min/Max), and coordinate material delivery and fan/drive kit compilation for production.
