•Lead, coach, and develop installation engineers within the district.

•Oversee installation activities with resource planning and schedule management, ensuring safety, quality, cycle time, and cost expectations are met.
•Coordinate customer and cross-functional collaboration by supporting daily ramp activities with remote teams and driving installation progress to meet timelines.
•Track and validate engineers’ hours, monitor resource capacity across sites, and lead troubleshooting with prompt escalation; ensure compliance with the Standards of Business Conduct.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
•Experience as a Service Manager or Installation Engineer with team-lead responsibilities in a field organization.
•Strong customer-facing or field support background.
•Experience managing remote teams is preferred.
•Ability to lead, coach, and develop installation engineers to meet performance and career objectives.
