Senior IT Change Manager

Lead enterprise-wide IT Change Management for the UDS program, coordinating user-facing and datacenter service changes through Internal and External Change Review Boards. Manage change governance across the Change Management lifecycle using ITSM tools and dashboards, ensuring compliance with agency policies and Zero-Trust modernization goals. Maintain the Change Management Plan and SOPs, track documentation and artifacts, support governance with engineering and government stakeholders, and help synchronize change activities with risk, patch cycles, and maintenance windows.
