Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect the construction package for the 500 kV line, ensuring technical, regulatory, schedule, and quality compliance by the Contractor.
  • •Manage multiple simultaneous fronts along the right-of-way in remote terrain, prioritizing foundation and conductor stringing quality as critical line elements.
  • •Coordinate with regulatory bodies and landowners in rural areas to ensure project progress and compliance.
  • •Oversee field operations with a 14×14 shift pattern, ensuring site safety and logistical support from base in San Juan.
  • •Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and manage issue resolution and hold points with APC and NCR processes.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in inspection of high-voltage transmission lines.
  • •Proven experience on at least one 500 kV transmission line project.
  • •Field experience in mountainous/high-complexity terrain.
  • •Knowledge of PLS-CADD and PLS-TOWER for critical output interpretation (desirable).
  • •Availability for permanent field residence on a 14×14 schedule and a valid driving license.
