Support operational teams to improve safety performance at the Worsley refinery by coaching people, strengthening critical controls, and delivering practical safety improvements. Partner with leaders and crews to identify hazards and reduce risk, assist investigations and organisational learning through analysis and control verification, and collaborate across departments to embed consistent safety practices that drive sustainable improvements.

•Experience leading safety improvement initiatives or projects.
•Exposure to investigation processes (ICAM or equivalent).
