Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Product Manager for LOB Enablement, building the bridge between business intent and engineering execution.
  • •Translate technical architectures into strategic product roadmaps and drive next-generation enablement outcomes.
  • •Align stakeholders across a matrixed organization, including engineering, finance, and compliance.
  • •Productize processes by transforming complex financial reporting systems into scalable, high-performance engines.
  • •Apply product management frameworks to deliver technology-driven, integrated problem-solving outcomes while mitigating product risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of Product Management experience if you have a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • •Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Ability to deconstruct business intent and translate technical architectures into strategic roadmaps.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, finance, and compliance.
