Automotive Detail Line Lead (2nd Shift)

Lead a shift in an automotive Inspection Center, supervising hourly associates to safely move vehicles for reconditioning and consistently meet production and quality targets. Oversee day-to-day operations, coach and develop your team, prevent and resolve conflict, and ensure adherence to policies and performance standards. Review and approve vehicle mechanical and physical defects, coordinate repairs vs. rejections with management, and train teams using Quality Control standards to reduce re-checks and delays.
