Job Summary

Support the day-to-day running of the Bupa Global change portfolio within the PMO. Produce monthly portfolio reports and management information for senior leaders, maintain accurate portfolio records, and review governance submissions with constructive feedback. Coordinate governance meetings, prepare decision-making packs, support portfolio assurance, and help develop portfolio management tools and ways of working. Partner with project and programme teams across a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the day-to-day management of the Bupa Global change portfolio.
•Serve as a key contact for portfolio-related questions and guidance.
•Produce monthly portfolio reports and management information for senior leaders.
•Maintain portfolio records and ensure information is accurate, up to date, and reliable.
•Coordinate governance meetings, prepare decision-making packs, and support portfolio assurance activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 45,000 - 65,000

Key Requirements

•Experience working in a Portfolio Management Office (PMO), project management or change environment.
•Strong reporting, analysis, and data management skills with a high attention to detail.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
•Experience using or supporting project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
•Understanding of portfolio/programme/project governance; PRINCE2 or P3O (preferred).
