Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical upgrade projects involving substations, plant control systems, excitation systems, governor controls, SCADA, and power distribution systems.
  • •Read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • •Manage all phases of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, procurement, and risk management.
  • •Oversee subcontractor selection, contracting, performance, and budget management; support multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and establish QA/QC processes and project documentation, including as-builts and punch lists.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of project management and/or senior field service experience; OR Associate degree and 10+ years; OR High School Diploma/GED and 15+ years.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience managing electrical power distribution, switchgear, automation, controls, and/or power systems projects across multi-disciplinary civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience managing project budgets, forecasts, proposals, schedules, and overall project financial performance.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar project scheduling software.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future; requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
