Senior Mission Software Engineer, EW

Own critical areas of the electronic warfare mission software stack end-to-end, from embedded interfaces and backend services to deployment automation and integration with the Lattice ecosystem. Architect and implement reliable, production-grade systems that perform at scale in contested environments, debug complex cross-system issues, and drive engineering quality through reviews, testing strategy, and operational practices. Mentor engineers and collaborate directly with customers and operators to translate mission requirements into engineering priorities.
