Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the technical direction for one or more critical areas of the EW software stack.
  • •Architect and implement production, at-scale solutions that work reliably in contested operational environments.
  • •Debug complex cross-system issues spanning embedded software, networking, applications, and deployed infrastructure.
  • •Develop high-performance software for RF data, deployment automation, Lattice integration services, and operator tools.
  • •Drive engineering quality through architectural review, code review, testing strategy, operational practices, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in at least two of: Haskell, Rust, C++, Go, TypeScript.
  • •Deep expertise in at least one area: embedded/real-time systems or hardware/software interfaces; backend/distributed/data infrastructure; deployment systems/CI/CD/configuration management/infrastructure-as-code; or systems integration/networking/system-of-systems architecture.
  • •Production-level Linux experience (administration, debugging, performance).
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance and willing to travel up to 30%.
