Key Responsibilities

  • •Review manufacturing documentation, including cleaning circuit cards (manual and with machine) to remove flux residues.
  • •Position, solder, and rework standard and complex components (e.g., mass rework, plan de masse, connectors).
  • •Assemble and rework mechanical assemblies (e.g., screws, securing, coatings, shielding).
  • •Perform gluing and coating tasks (e.g., CMS, through-hole, enrobage, resinage) and cut tracks.
  • •Apply wiring modifications and ensure correct use of instruction-sheet rules in an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Good dexterity.
  • •Good knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel).
  • •Ability to organize work and follow instructions.
  • •Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (e.g., 5S, KAIZEN).
  • •Respect IPC rules and Thales specifications; IPC610 qualification (habilitation).
