Job Summary

Technical Adoption Specialist to advise and coach Autodesk customers in adopting Forma/APS and related Architectural, Engineering & Construction (AEC) workflows. Deliver coaching sessions, develop enablement content, and act as a technical trusted advisor across large strategic customers, using automation and APIs to drive measurable outcomes in a global team.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
•Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
•Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.
•Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.
•Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field.
•Advanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation building blocks.
•Experience working with Cloud APIs and API testing tools (Postman) for testing and automating API workflows.
•Understanding of HTTP methods and how to construct and send HTTP requests and handle JSON responses.
•Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and agile learning in fast-paced environments.
