Key Responsibilities

  • •Observe safety rules and hygiene regulations.
  • •Receive assignments from a supervisor or team lead and complete initial setup for operation on PLC, analog, or manual-controlled machines.
  • •Operate equipment to produce transformer components (wire wind, tape, solder) and interpret work orders, Kanban cards, and drawings.
  • •Inspect final components against work specifications and complete required paperwork and system transactions.
  • •Maintain equipment and perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily, report abnormal situations, and provide on-the-job training to new operators.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Previous experience reading calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
  • •Previous experience reading blueprints.
  • •Proven history of safe work habits and good attendance.
  • •Ability to work effectively without direct supervision and perform computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet (JOE), DMM, etc.), plus overtime on weekdays and weekends.
