Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly fund and business entity closing summaries for the fund administrator.
  • •Prepare investor allocation and PnL distributions, and calculate incentive and management fees.
  • •Work on hedge funds and private equities; prepare investor statements for preparation and distribution.
  • •Prepare financial highlights and shareholders statements on a quarterly/annual basis.
  • •Streamline and automate reporting/analytical processes using technology, and document/train new hires while escalating out-of-scope issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting; Master’s degree a plus.
  • •2–4 years of Accounting experience (associate).
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles/procedures and familiarity with financial markets and instruments.
  • •Experience with hedge funds, investment management and/or financial services strongly preferred; investor accounting preferred.
  • •Excellent English communication (written and oral), including grammar and business correspondence skills.
