Key Responsibilities

•Architect the AI technical strategy by partnering with enterprise account teams to own and execute the technical sales strategy for high-value AI security opportunities from discovery to close
•Deliver tailored, outcome-driven demos and POVs of Zscaler’s AI security platform for deep-tech practitioners and C-level executives and validate the enterprise AI security capabilities
•Serve as the field authority on modern AI patterns (LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt workflows) and advise clients on preventing data exposure and unsanctioned AI usage
•Scale the field motion by collaborating with Product and Engineering to incorporate real-world customer feedback into the product roadmap and develop reusable demo assets and enablement playbooks
•Enable enterprise account teams by creating reusable demos, technical assets, competitive positioning content, and training materials to accelerate AI field motions

Key Requirements

•Deep fluency in AI/GenAI with knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model context patterns (MCP) and security risks
•10+ years of solutions engineering mastery in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory)
•Enterprise security foundations including Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention (DLP), cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations
•Elite executive communication and storytelling skills to translate complex AI architectures into business value and security outcomes
•Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing and GTM teams in a hyper-growth market
