Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, ensuring alignment to business objectives and financial targets.
  • •Deliver accurate, timely financial and statistical reporting for key stakeholders, including BPR packs and quarter-end forecasts with variance analysis.
  • •Track and report IT Capex spend, monitoring actual costs and variances to plan, and support business cases and spend analysis.
  • •Collaborate with BI and business unit stakeholders to improve reporting frameworks and data management, including automation and standardization initiatives.
  • •Provide monthly management reports and executive-level financial support, and support training and guidance on financial processes while maintaining internal controls and confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate qualified in finance, business or economics.
  • •Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA or equivalent).
  • •8+ years of Finance or Accounting Management experience, preferably in complex multinational businesses with Finance transformation and/or FP&A expertise.
  • •Proven experience driving change management initiatives.
  • •Strong modelling ability (valuations, scenario, sensitivity, and pricing analysis) and understanding of FP&A/commercial and supply chain finance processes.
