Key Responsibilities

•Own HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, automations, and reporting.
•Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and establish processes that improve long-term data integrity.
•Build and maintain dashboards tracking lead flow, conversion rates, pipeline performance, and sales activity.
•Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
•Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency across the business.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,000 - 2,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar operational roles.
•Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, including building workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.
•Experience analyzing sales and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
•Experience supporting both sales and marketing functions in growing entrepreneurial or small business environments.
•Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
