Job Summary

Lead the requirements, design, testing, and delivery of data-driven solutions for a Global Data Engineering and BI team. Gather and document stakeholder business needs, create source-to-target mappings, and develop prototypes to visualize solutions. Validate outputs against quality standards, serve as the liaison between business and engineering, and support solution hand-off with documentation and training. Work in Agile ceremonies to refine the backlog and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
•Create source-to-target mappings for data integration and transformation initiatives.
•Develop mock-ups, prototypes, and conceptual designs to visualize proposed solutions.
•Validate and verify solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
•Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, supporting hand-off with training and documentation.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in business analysis focused on data, BI, and data engineering.
•5–7 years of hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
•5–7 years creating source-to-target mappings and supporting data integration projects.
•Strong leadership capabilities guiding teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
