Job Summary

Support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities for operational production, wells, and facilities across multiple Lower 48 sites. You’ll help drive HSE culture through audits, incident investigations, industrial hygiene and environmental monitoring, emergency response participation, and preparation of HSE meeting materials, technical documentation, and compliance-focused reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement action plans that support a positive HSE culture and improve core HSE programs and HSE management systems.
•Provide field HSE support for events and projects, including supporting HSE performance targets and continuous improvement ideas.
•Evaluate hazards, exposures, and environmental impacts related to operations and process equipment, facilities, and projects (including large-scale construction).
•Complete technical documentation, training, and support for operations/field personnel in regulatory and policy compliance.
•Participate in incident investigations, field audits, incident prevention activities, and emergency planning and response.

Key Requirements

•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than the current employer and/or education institution.
•Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field (or foreign equivalent).
•Current level in college: Sophomore through Graduate Student.
•Expected graduation date: Fall 2027 through Spring/Fall 2029.
•Available for at least ten (10) continuous weeks for the internship.
