Key Responsibilities

  • •Load, clamp, and align workpieces in machining machines for single-part production with special materials/types.
  • •Define and monitor the work process and support part programs for series production.
  • •Troubleshoot deviations and fix malfunctions and their causes.
  • •Operate, set up, maintain, and optimize CNC machines; create and correct simple CNC programs as needed.
  • •Perform independent machining of turning and milling parts, set up and measure tools, and monitor production processes including documentation and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as a machining/industrial mechanic (Zerspanungs- oder Industriemechaniker) or comparable training with work experience as a turner/machinist (Dreher/Fräser).
  • •Experience handling CNC-controlled production machines.
  • •Experience with creating and (if needed) correcting simple CNC programs.
  • •Safe handling of test and measuring tools.
  • •Good German skills in spoken and written form.
