Sales & Service Lead - Century City

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by assessing guest connection and providing technical product education. Coach the team to close gaps, build client relationships daily, analyze performance reports to drive results, and support action plans focused on deficient areas and growth opportunities. Partner with Operations and Visual leadership on budgets, inventory, vendors, technology, and facilities, while directly overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
