Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work
  • •Serve as direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment
  • •Use hand tools and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions

Key Requirements
