Key Responsibilities

•Rapidly support part procurement requests to meet engineering and project needs.
•Identify, track, and resolve part availability issues by closely coordinating with procurement teams.
•Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
•Coordinate with manufacturing and planning teams to support prototype builds and manufacturing activities.
•Create new part numbers and symbols for engineering designs.
•Create, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) in Agile.
•Track, follow up, and document the status and outcomes of assigned tasks to closure.
•Adhere to established processes and proactively escalate identified process gaps or issues.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Business, Science, or a related field.
