Job Summary

Seasonal inbound warehouse associate responsible for receiving, picking, packing, putting away, and shipping products in a Maryland distribution center. Will operate within WMS processes, use RF terminals, and cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to support daily operations in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive, stock, and prepare Sephora orders for shipment to retail stores and online customers following SOPs.
•Follow safety, loss prevention, and attire policies; report safety violations as required.
•Maintain attendance and flexibility to work designated shifts, including overtime as needed.
•Respond to supervision and coordinate with leadership and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
•Provide high-quality internal and external customer service and support cross-training across receiving, pick, pack, and shipping processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/sit/squat for shift, and work flexible hours including overtime as needed.
•Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications; ability to learn warehouse layout and operate RF terminals.
•Basic math skills and ability to match numbers; capable of cross-training in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.
•Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation; maintain regular attendance and follow safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
•Ability to adapt to varying temperatures/human factors in a warehouse environment and follow supervisory directions.
