Job Summary

Act as the primary technical voice in large, strategic accounts to define and drive Databricks’ technical strategy. Build proofs-of-concept, demonstrate ML/AI capabilities, and partner with executives to transform data-driven outcomes across high-value enterprise customers in high-tech and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the main technical voice for multiple large accounts and lead the technical strategy within the account.
•Develop proofs-of-concept and demonstrate Databricks products to stakeholders.
•Guide customers on adopting Databricks as part of their strategy and translate technical strategy into business value.
•Mentor and develop other team members and cultivate technical champions within accounts.
•Engage with executives and influencers to drive adoption and provide a compelling point of view.

Key Requirements

•Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
•Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
•Experience establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within accounts.
•Experience with very large (>$1m ARR), global accounts.
•Ability to present a convincing point of view to decision-makers and build executive relationships.
