Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • •Review production orders and reports discrepancies to the line Foreman.
  • •Verify product weight and pack/band cartons for shipment according to packing plans and procedures.
  • •Ensure quality meets work order specifications and maintain damage-free handling of product.
  • •Follow Environmental Health & Safety programs and comply with applicable company, local, state, and federal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • •Ability to work on the production floor and monitor machine output quality.
  • •Ability to communicate with coworkers about issues and activities.
  • •Must be able to perform functional math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) and accurately read a tape measure.
  • •Capable of physical mobility required for a 12-hour shift (including lifting up to 30 lbs on average and up to 65 lbs at times).
