Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cost-specific program and project work and collaborate with teams on business value and contributions to BIC plan.
  • •Create, maintain, and track strategic roadmaps and key cost metrics to the latest BIC targets.
  • •Provide periodic program and project performance updates across functional groups and establish leadership/team meeting structures.
  • •Manage program changes across scope, plans, and business rules, and work with site leadership to identify risks and propose/execute solutions.
  • •Represent the site within the assigned category network and coordinate benchmarking and implementation of activities and best-known methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science disciplines.
  • •2+ years of working experience in relevant environments such as Frontend Fab Engineering (IE/PIE/PEE/ME), Business Analyst, Management, or Finance.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize complex information clearly.
  • •Demonstrated program and project management capability, including driving cross-functional issues to resolution.
  • •Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and systems, with experience working with global teams preferred.
