•Design and develop RPA workflows using industry-standard tools.
•Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and ensure alignment with business needs.
•Deploy RPA bots in production, monitor and troubleshoot for performance and reliability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training/ support to end users.
•Ensure all RPA solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards; follow coding standards and version control.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
•Experience with programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
•Knowledge of database querying (SQL) and APIs (REST/SOAP).
•3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation.
