•Lead Recruiting and People Operations, building a scalable team across a globally distributed workforce.
•Develop and execute a recruiting strategy that supports significant growth while maintaining talent density and candidate experience.
•Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
•Evolve performance management and talent development programs to scale with the company.
•Create scalable systems and processes for a distributed organization and collaborate with Finance on compensation and headcount planning.
