Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the ZBB lead for the Regional HQ budget of approximately $60m.
  • •Assist on the month end close process for Regional HQ entities, providing analysis and insight.
  • •Own the ZBB rituals and routines, including monthly variance analyses of actuals vs. forecast and AOP.
  • •Coordinate with departments to draft the annual budget based on ZBB principles.
  • •Serve as Finance Business Partner to functional heads (Tax, Technology, Marketing, HR, Treasury) and manage cross-functional coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong data manipulation and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • •Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; able to partner with the business and provide financial insight.
  • •Advanced Excel and Power Pivot skills; knowledge of Tableau and Power BI is advantageous.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
  • •Proficient in written and spoken English.
