•Lead development of implementation and project plans across the program portfolio, including business, residential, and strategy & innovation.
•Review and approve vendor invoices, manage contract compliance, and coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting.
•Oversee program data quality, quality control, and presentation; track program metrics and prepare status reports against objectives, timelines, budgets, and goals.
•Support internal and external program communication and outreach, and stay current with energy efficiency and demand response trends.

Salary: USD 71,100 - 137,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required (MBA preferred).
•Two or more years of relevant experience required for Program Specialist; five or more years required for Program Supervisor (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering).
•May waive degree requirement with additional directly relevant experience or an Associate's degree with additional directly relevant experience.
•Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, preferably Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
•Demonstrate critical thinking, customer service approach, strong leadership, ability to influence, analytical/computational problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
