Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and train client segmentation models (clustering, RFM, behavioral profiling).
  • •Build personalized recommendation engines to improve cross-sell and upsell using collaborative/content-based/hybrid approaches.
  • •Develop churn, propensity, risk scoring, transaction volume forecasting, and anomaly/behavioral rules detection for AML.
  • •Collaborate with Data Engineers to define features and prepare training pipelines from the datalakehouse.
  • •Implement MLOps practices (model versioning, deployment automation, and production monitoring for drift/bias) and communicate insights to business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or applied Statistics/Math.
  • •3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in predictive modeling and recommendation systems.
  • •Strong ML skills across regression, classification, clustering, time series, and deep learning (if applicable).
  • •Proficiency with Python libraries: Scikit-learn, Pandas, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • •Experience with big data/distributed environments (Spark/PySpark), NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB), and MLOps/CI-CD (Docker, model lifecycle).
