Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and ensure stockroom standards and processes
  • •Move dynamically around the store to fulfill business and guest needs and execute operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
