Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning and develop/implement strategic initiatives across the end-to-end wealth sales journey to improve sales service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • •Define and manage end-to-end sales process requirements, including suitability workflows and documentation requirements (disclosures and suitability).
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate wealth solutions across distribution channels and identify opportunities to uplift customer journey experience.
  • •Maintain and continuously optimize the investment product sales process by translating user needs into requirements and keeping procedures and guidance current.
  • •Support sales controls and coordinate internal/external audit reviews while ensuring process changes follow governance, documentation, training, and implementation validation.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
  • •Knowledge of investment sales journey and financial planning.
  • •Track record managing complex delivery projects through scrums and agile ways of working.
  • •Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin beneficial) and ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
