  • •Map current-state processes across Operations, Customer Success, Compliance, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
  • •Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risk exposures, and scalability constraints.
  • •Redesign and standardize workflows to improve cycle time, quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
