Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand P&G Grooming and Oral Care objectives, categories, marketplace, and competitors.
  • •Execute store and territory availability strategy to improve POS, in-stock, open-sale, and display/checkout compliance.
  • •Build relationships with department, store, and zone management to align on new display and checkout distribution and improve in-stock fundamentals.
  • •Use the in-store acceleration toolkit with store decision makers and engage/train relevant contacts to ensure plans are executed.
  • •Capture store feedback and post daily/weekly in-store execution updates via Microsoft Teams/Engage; plan efficient store visits and attend the annual team meeting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant retail experience.
  • •High school diploma (college diploma or higher education is an asset).
  • •Located in or willing to self-relocate to the Ontario East territory (relocation support not available).

  • •Proficiency using laptop and mobile technology (Microsoft Word, Excel).
